Account deletion - Proshop

This page explains how to request deletion of your Proshop account and associated data.

To speed up the process, you can start the request directly by email:

2. Email subject: Delete Proshop account
3. Include the email address used to register in Proshop.
4. You will receive confirmation of receipt and request status.

2. Data that will be deleted

• User account and associated profile (contact and delivery preferences).
• Saved cart and wishlist data linked to the account.
• Session tokens and operational account-related data.

3. Data that may be temporarily retained

• Minimum technical logs for security and fraud prevention.
• Transaction records required by tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Additional retention period: up to 90 days for operational records, and longer if required by applicable fiscal or legal obligations.

4. Partial data deletion (without deleting the account)

Yes, users may request deletion or correction of specific profile or preference data by contacting the same email and indicating what should be removed.
